WINS
Look for the small wins I tell myself each day To keep going and bring Happiness-is my way The laundry folded and put awayThe dishes aren’t doneThat’s okay Look for the wins is all I say A healthy homemade mealis what I’m proud of I moved my body— a run outside I kept my mind on the upsideI will be deliberate with the wins My brain needs the practice It can act like a cactus Prickly and sharp I don’t want the negative to take heartI will focus on the triumphs Though small they maybe It matters to the brain, you see Stay optimisticKeep cheering yourself onLook for the wins You got this!
