Bound up the trail of life Peer around the bendLeap over rocks and rootsYour legs in pursuit Zig zag the turns Mud puddles appearHow deep is the bottom?Will I get sucked in?My sneakers will get wet!I’m not sure I’m ready yet Questions spin Yet you must keep your pace No time to stopkeep on movingEven if you face-plant don’t say you can’t You’re still in the race One big adventureTime to embrace the mud and mess of lifeIt’s what brings us to the other side
