Bob Bullard, Director at Rowan University's Office of Career Advancement, stops by to share the story of his journey with host and Rowan University Vice President for Advancement, R.J. Tallarida. 

Bullard talks about his work with the Office of Career Advancement, his days as a stagehand on Broadway, family life, and running marathons. Also, he discusses leadership and how that plays into motivating students who are looking to land a job out of college.
