About Kathleen Kathleen Cart is a wife, a mom of two little ones, works full-time and is an aspiring flower farmer on the side.  She is the founder of Parish Flower Co. a small cut flower farm in South Louisiana.  There are lots of other hats that she wears, but her heart’s desire is to steward well what she has been given and watch it grow.
