I briefly discuss the work of Amy Wrzesniewski, a Yale professor of management, who came up with the concept of "job crafting". I expand on this and discuss the concept of "life crafting", and the great stoic philosopher, Epictetus.

I share three life crafting examples in my own life relating to adding, reorganizing, and subtracting.
