Here, we explore Sisu, which is a Finnish concept roughly meaning toughness or courage. We rely heavily on the work of Joanna Nyland's book, Sisu - The Finnish Art of Courage.  I discuss five key concepts from Pata Degerman the Finnish Antarctic explorer relating to Sisu.
