Todays guest is Joe and Jenn Delle Fave. They have been in real estate for over 20 years.  At one point, had 5 rental properties and didn’t love having to do the maintenance, repairs, and realized that going to the banks to buy houses was not going to allow us to scale the way we wanted.  In 2017 they switched rentals all over to Rent to Own, and haven’t looked back!

March 2020, they took their part time investing business full time, and began coaching students a few years ago. Since then we have acquired millions worth of real estate using none of our own credit and little to no money down.

They have recently moved from Upstate NY to FL and homeschool their two kids while living life on their terms.
