House is the CEO of Iridium Sports Agency.

After twelve years of hard work representing talented fighters from all different leagues, House came to tears two weeks after Brandon Moreno claimed the UFC Lightweight championship while both were on a media tour.

House played college baseball and attended law school but once that was done he still felt the need for camaraderie, so he joined a local Jiu-Jitsu class.

Two years after graduating law school, House was working at Outback Steakhouse and managing fighters.

House grew up in Diamond Bar, which is on the outskirts of Orange County, California.

One of House’s favorite books is ‘How to Win Friends & Influence People’ by Dale Carnegie.

“I think we have to stay true to the course and stay on, I mean, success is never a straight line.” (House)

Showing what value you can provide is important before you ask to be compensated.

Within his first year of watching an MMA fight, House managed to book a fight for his first client.

House found the confidence to open his own sports agency after shadowing an agent after he was finished at law school.

“You are the five people you hang around the most.” (House)

One of the responsibilities that House has is making sure his fighters are placed in the best league on a case by case basis to serve their unique skill sets.

Never judge a book by its cover, make sure you get to know someone before you make preconceived judgments.

Patton wants to sponsor athletes that are truly passionate about the SHEATH brand and culture.

House and Patton both have utilized vision boards to manifest success into their reality.

The story of the fighters and their will to succeed is very inspiring to continue on even when facing adversity.

The feeling of achieving your goal and winning against the odds is arguably the best feeling ever.

Patton is a big fan of UFC Flyweight champion Brandon Moreno’s boxing style.

There is a big anticipation for the rematch between Brandon Moreno and Deiveson Figueiredo.
