Hadribeaj is the WBC Super Welterweight champion of the world.

At age twenty seven, Hadribeaj is more aware of his body in the ring and how to prevent injuries.

The first time Hadribeaj trained at a boxing gym, he took his shoes off because of his MMA background.

Even after getting a broken hand during a tournament in Albania, Hadribeaj managed to push through and place third.

Hadribeaj took up dancing for two years before he settled into MMA and boxing full time.

Having a good coach can take you to the top.

A solid support system and the right pressure can be a huge motivating factor to stay on the grind and succeed.

“If you can’t breathe, you can’t fight.” (Patton)

Stretching is very important to release your muscles and remove tension.

“Since I’ve done ice baths, I’m not afraid of cold anymore.” (Hadribeaj)

Not drinking alcohol or limiting the frequency will keep you stronger and in better conditioning.

Hadribeaj talks about his first experience wearing Sheath underwear.

Fifth Street Gym in Miami, Florida is one of Hadribeaj’s favorite places to train because of the high energy and historic legacy.

Hadribeaj has aspirations of gaining citizenship in the United States and purchasing a home in Miami, Florida.

Patton is inspired by fighters mental, spiritual and physical toughness and ability to get in the zone.

What scared Hadribeaj most during his MMA career was his lack of boxing knowledge and skill.

Switching your foot stance in boxing is an important technique.

Whenever you complain about whatever you’re doing, it makes it more difficult.

Patton accredits his wife for making him a better person.

During training season, Hadribeaj will eat chicken, fish, vegetables and other clean food sources.

When you grow up in poverty, you appreciate basic things like having a stocked refrigerator and air condtioning.

Hadribeaj has a brother who moved to America when he was twenty years old and had an MMA career with a record of twelve wins and one loss.

Three years ago, Hadribeaj felt very alone at the beginning of his journey but now can reflect back and be grateful for all the hard work he put in to become the champion.
