Our Question and Answer format is back for episode #090 - the format we use for each and every 10th episode.  In this episode we are answering two questions.  First question is about thank you cards and thank you emails and thank you gift cards. Our second question is from an interior designer and an issue she is facing with one of her contractors who is hinting about making a cut of her fees or treating her as a subcontractor.  I break this question down from a couple of different angles.
