Siera Bearchell is a mom, wife, creator, law graduate and she also happens to be Miss Universe Canada 2016. This title led her to the world stage in the Philippines at the Miss Universe competition, but Siera almost didn’t go.

Although she placed in the top 9, she faced a ton of body shaming and negativity. Siera turned this experience around and built a platform as a body-positive activist who is recognized internationally. This week we dive into her journey and learn all about pageants.
