Julie Lewis is the founder of the 30/30 Project, a partnership between Julie, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, and Construction for Change to build healthcare facilities across the globe. She is the recipient of the 2015 Nelson Mandela Changemaker Award, a mother, grandmother and local Seattleite. In this episode, we hear Julie's story of what it was like to be diagnosed with HIV, the way in which her and her family fought against the disease, and how she's using her story to give back to those in need.
