Aarif Deen and J.J. Jerez recap the Avalanche's busy free agency period, which was mostly spent re-signing pieces from the Stanley Cup run. The guys kick off the show by breaking down the Nazem Kadri situation and if he could be returning to the Avs after all. If so, the guys look at some trade options Chris MacFarland could consider to clear cap space. The show then shifts to the contracts given to Valeri Nichushkin, Josh Manson and Darren Helm before a quick note on development camp. All that and more on this free agency edition of Hockey Mountain High: Your go-to Avalanche Podcast.

Follow the guys on Twitter @JJoftheyear and @runwriteAarif
