Dr. Rick Ramirez, a national AVID staff developer and owner of Champ U LLC, shares his journey from teaching history to becoming an AVID elective teacher and coordinator. He emphasized the importance of AVID&apos;s relational capacity and strategies in transforming students&apos; lives.
