Felt like this was the perfect episode to come back with after another major hiatus. I almost cried a few times on this episode because so many of these tips are so personal to me. Getting really real about the challenges I had in my 20’s and what I’m so ready (& not…) for in my 30’s.

Wine Recommendation: I wasn’t sippin' on this episode because fitness goals...but recommending one of my current faves that i'll wait for the weekend to sip on, 2017 Marqués de Cáceres from Spain. A bold red with key notes of sweet, blackberry, blueberry and bark. Taste bold AF, strong, and tastes even better the older it gets...like the woman who recorded this podcast 😉
