Back in 2014 the then Everton's Head of Legal Services, Chris Anderson and Richard Wee (then a partner at RWY), spoke about Football Financial Play of European Football. It has now become more apparent after Manchester City incurred the wrath of the said rule (and banned from European Club Football).
