Skipper Osborne is a lifelong activist and former head of the local NAACP chapter in my hometown of Portland, Oregon. He also comes from a musical family and is known through the Portland underground dance music scene for his friendly demeanor. On the show, he and his brother Danny discuss the music that defined their activism and perform together for the first time in 50 years.
