Yesterday, I was crestfallen.  I completed that annual ritual of receiving my performance review.  It was not a bad review, but I was left feeling a little hollow, joyless.  I had to ask myself whether I was really living all-out and being true to my desire to lead a ridiculously amazing life.  Don't get me wrong, I love my work and my colleagues.  I'm blessed.  But still I was crestfallen.

Well, joy certainly came in the morning!  After weeks of vacillating and overthinking it, I knew today was the birthday of this podcast:  Rhea Relentless.
