Join me in this episode as I share my research into the research question, “Do masks worn in the public able to stop the transmission of COVID-19”? I share my process for digging up systematic reviews and assess the weight for and against wearing masks in the public. I discuss what type of masks are out there and their pro’s and con’s. I describe how the N95 the only mask designed to protect the wearer along with some of the harms of prolonged N95 mask wearing.
