In recent years, more B6 toxicity has been reported and become problematic for many people. There are severe side effects. In this episode, I go through what to look out for, how to diagnose and treatment. It is important to test, not to guess, so if you are experiencing these symptoms, get these tested and then a plan to remedy can follow.
