Nate and Mason discuss the idea of Samadhi. What is Samadhi? It's not something that is easily described because there are no real translations.
The body wants comfort, and the mind wants knowledge. Samadhi is not running from pain, but also not running after pleasure. Be still.
One way it has been explained is the waking up from the illusion of self, separating the character from the actor from the individual. Think Neo swallowing the red pill and what happens after.
