It can be quite difficult to know how to support a friend or loved one who is experiencing domestic abuse. 
In this episode, I shared different ways you can support victims and survivors of domestic abuse. What you should say and shouldn’t say to someone experiencing domestic abuse. I would say one of the reasons why some women stay in an abusive relationship is due to lack of support from friends and family or not knowing how to support the victim, what to say, what not to say.
