Mikala and Shania hope to encourage you in your faith in Christ as they walk through different seasons of life. They've dedicated this space and time to Rest in Jesus and what He’s done in their lives and Reflect on His promises through the trials and changing seasons. As Christians, they include their own personal faith and scripture into the discussions. They discuss relationships, mental health, navigating our 20s, forgiveness, community, rejection, changing careers, and whatever God has in store for them next.
