There are a lot of people who do not understand how to communicate properly. Therefore, some communicate at the wrong time, and some communicate to the wrong individual. Catholics confess their sins to a Priest in a confession booth. It is said that they are under some sort of oath and that they cannot discuss the confessions that they have heard. But people are not perfect. People throw others under the bus, especially when they learn that they can come up some sort of way and obtain some benefit out of it.
