In today’s episode Dr. Melissa Hills walks us through how she’s using her Chancellor’s Research Chair in order to break down the barriers that students face not only in the biology lab, science labs in general. Through partnerships with students, particularly those with differing disabilities, Dr. Hills is looking to change the way we look at learning in complex and stressful lab environments and create new and inclusive curriculums that can act as a model for science labs at MacEwan University and other institutions around the world.
