On this episode, Katie is joined by Dr. Kevin Rose, an assistant professor of organizational leadership and learning at the University of Louisville. Before beginning his faculty role, he worked in various training and development areas including executive education and small business development. He is active in organizations such as the Academy of Human Resource Development and the American Association of Adult and Continuing Education.
