I was fortunate to meet Doug in person at the Archdiocese of Mobile Youth Conference. Doug is an incredible speaker who is a wealth of information and eloquently brings Catholic tradition to relevancy in modern times. I LOVE THIS PODCAST and wish it was an hour long!

I heard him first at the National Catholic Youth Conference. He gave the most amazing talk I have ever heard! I started listening to his podcasts and they definitely measure up!

Every episode is in depth, educational, and thought provoking. I've learned so much more about the church and my faith. I just wish they came out more often! I would listen to two or three a week when I was catching up on the old episodes. It's hard now that I have to wait a whole week for a new one.

Doug Tooke offers snippets of Catholicism in short (less than 25 minutes) clips. Each episode has a singular focus, allowing him to delve a bit deeper than a lot of other sources already do. The length is perfect for a fairly short ride (especially if you listen at 1.5x speed - I wouldn't suggest 2x since Tooke already talks fairly fast) and each one is interesting. This is true even if you don't think you want to know something about a topic! I've saved more episodes from this podcast than any others, and they've helped me when talking to my non-Catholic husband about Catholic history.

This show is the perfect length for my commute into work. The show are also timeless, so it's easy to go back into the archives and pick up shows I've missed. Great work!

You can definitely tell that Doug Tooke is a wonderful teacher and has done his research. For Catholic apps, there's nothing better!
