Valerie Friedlander is a multi-passionate woman, Life/Business Alignment Coach, and host of the podcast, Unlimited. At age 8 she was first introduced to personal development work thanks to family members working to recover from the family disease of alcoholism. This planted the seeds for her life-long passion for personal growth work and study around social/psychological human dynamics.
