Short and sweet! Any time we make a snap decision based on bad information (reflex, anger, resentment, insecurity, false narratives) we mess up the equation. We end up getting an undesirable result and get stuck playing cleanup afterwards.

Slow down, consider the data objectively, stop making harmful assumptions, and consider the best outcome.
