This episode digs just a bit deeper into the past and present festivals around the area. &nbsp;Of course, there is a bit of mythology thrown in to explain it. You will learn about the fight between Athena and Pallas and learn a new character called Ate. It isn't in my podcast but I just reheard and remembered that Perseus, after visiting the Graiai (Graeae), threw their eye in Lake Triton further solidifying that Medusa was near the Atlas mountains when Perseus killed her.&nbsp;
I personally think that this Chott was Lake Triton and that there was a River Triton that flowed within the Maghreb.

The Greatest Deluge of all

A look at the lost city of Atlantis through the eyes of an impassioned hobbyist. I have over 20 years of research into ancient history and mythology. I have also been unhealthily obsessed since I was young and have greedily absorbed any and all information that could even whisper Atlantis.
