On this episode, Izzy and Mike express that kids seeing there parents grinding it
out can be both a pro and con, especially with the advancements with socialmedia. The younger generation seeing their parents not being successful, are morecapable of changing their approach to try to be millionaires versus broke after30yrs of working with a company. The majority of those are more willing toexpress their duty titles, such as CEO, and not sharing the reality of how manytimes there business failed. Mike shares that if the younger generation aretrying to be successful at an early age, are able to have failure early andlearn from it versus being 60yrs old and trying to be successful. Mike sharesthat success leave blueprints, so those that are interested in wanting to be asuccess are able to educate themselves from those that are currentlysuccessful. In venturing into a business, individuals need to ask themselves “Whatproblem are we trying to solve?”, for that can open up various reasons tocreate your own business. Mike and Izzy talk about what is the biggest fearthat people have in trying to be successful, and Mike reveals that an issuepeople face is the fear of failure and the other is patience. The youngergeneration need to have self-awareness that just because their parents didn’tmake it, doesn’t mean that they won’t make it, the times have changed to wherethe resources of technology have created more opportunities. Don’t get upsetwhen you have the information needed for success and no one wants to listen becauseyou haven’t proved it to them but have the patience to understand if it isimportant what they think or if you even care.
