In this episode, we discuss what we can do to make ourselves better for job interviews and to be able to get hired. There are tons of resources out there to help us to knock out those interviews and get the job we want such as paying to get our resumes professionally made or connecting within your network to practice interviewing. My military people, if you think you are going to start at the top in a civilian company just because you were a high rank in the service, it isn’t going to work that way. At times after the service, we need to start at the bottom and work our way up.
