In this week's episode I find myself inside as being out is not possible due to weather conditions.

So as we move deeper now into winter it gives us all the chance to catch up on discovering new things that could be beneficial to us.

With that said, I have come across a number of organisations who, like me, feel frustrated with the current systems out there that claim to be organic and also providers of education.

Here I look at these and also what we might want to consider to address these points.
