Karson Tutt owns Karson's and The Commons, both downtown Abilene. Karson's is a women's boutique store she started a year and half ago and The Commons is an upscale space next door she rents out to 9 popup shops. 

At 23 she is a wealth of knowledge on how new businesses are being built these days via Social Media and then expanding to a storefront.
