Col. Michael Bob Starr (ret.) was the  Commander of Dyess Air Force Base, Commander of the 7th Bomb Wing, Ran for Congress 2016 for Abilene's District, and was Executive Director of Global Samaritan Resources before retiring a few months ago. He has now built the Taj Mahal of chicken coops.
