Something that you get taught to do, is reflect at the end of your day. To think of what you did right and reward yourself and to think of what you did wrong and tell yourself how you can do it better next time. This podcast is for people who don't want to do that on their own or just for people who want to relax or sleep and who like having a voice in their ears speaking of interesting thoughts. All topics are welcome here and suggestions are allowed. From goofy and funny stuff all the way to philosophical topics. Note: This podcast is meant to be listened to at lower volumes
