A podcast about the power of a self directed life and health and wellness coaching with a focus holding space for self discovery in children from an education perspective and for adults from a coaching perspective. I will take a holistic approach to both as I learn my new role as a Health and Wellness Coach and shed my “teacher’s mindset” and ask parents to consider another viable option for their child’s education.
