As a self actualization coach, Chris Frka is a lighthouse for those that are caught in a dense fog. In life we all experience times where we get stuck, akin to a boat at sea caught in a dense fog. The boat can’t continue sailing because it’s too dangerous to sail without clarity and direction. The time we spend stuck is time that we lose out on life. Coach Chris believes that people cannot get “unstuck” because there is an unseen danger following through on the things we know we need to do. Because it isn’t safe to move forward for that person, the best option is for them to stay put. When the fog is illuminated the person feels S.A.F.E enough to continue sailing, and chart a course forward with confidence. Chris received his self actualization coach training through the Rayner Institute. He also directs a group of neurodiverse college students (Aspergers/ADHD) that aims to help them develop self awareness and advocacy through the use of creative projects and community building. With a background in psychology, many years in the entertainment industry and performing in night life, Chris understands what it takes to step through limits. Chris knows how to create the space for his clients that allows them to tap into their own potential, create the clarity and direction needed to break through their limits, step through fear, and create direction with confidence moving forward.
