Hi! My name is Jamie and I'm just here to share my journey. I'm a 45 year old woman from Southern California with curly red hair down to my knees!!

Topics will include abusive relationships, narcissism, mental health, addiction, self discovery, spirituality, family life/conscious parenting, &amp; maybe even some healthy hair/health tips! :)

While I will be talking mostly about my own journey through these topics, I will also be sharing effective coping strategies for dealing with intrusive thoughts, negative emotions, physical issues, &amp; more!
