There was a time when the relationship between the pharmaceutical industry and Justin Trudeau was described as ‘hostile’. The industry didn’t like the PM’s suggestion that domestic drug prices were too high and should be regulated. But now Trudeau is supporting the industry in its opposition to a drug patent waiver.
