South False Creek has been called one of the best-planned neighbourhoods in the world. Located between the Granville and Cambie bridges and owned by the City of Vancouver, the land is leased to 2000 housing coop, rental and strata units. These leases are expiring and the City of Vancouver wants to negotiate an entirely different relationship with this community.
