This week we are discussing 4 myths (that we think keep people stuck) in the recovery community. Patrick and I deeply believe in our mission to bring education and awareness around recovery because we know the freedom in your life that it can bring.  That being said, there are several beliefs in the recovery and faith communities that we see keeping people from reaching their full potential in life.  4 myths we discuss today:1. Your suffering is holy2. Anyone who wants to lead a recovery group should (even if they aren't in recovery)3. Addiction is permanent 4. Addiction is reversible and you can achieve full freedom from it4.
