This week during "Recess Duty" we talk with PYP leader, Brian Lalor. We discuss being a leader in today's educational world and the power of building relationships.  Brian has been the elementary school principal at Xi'an Liangjiatan International School for the past 6 years. Prior to China he worked in Vietnam for 9 years and was in Indonesia before that. He grew up in Tipperary, Ireland before heading off to The University of Limerick.  Through his series of blog posts, "Principal's Principles" he hopes to support new school leaders learn the ropes. Brian is an advocate for mentoring relationships in order to help leaders become successful in their first year and beyond.
