Manu Edakara is the Director of the award-winning iVenture Accelerator, the educational entrepreneurship program for top student startups at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He manages a portfolio of over 100 companies, nonprofits, and socio-cultural projects that have generated over half a billion dollars worth of enterprise value for their work and created over 500 full-time jobs under his leadership. His students have been selected to Y-Combinator, been named Thiel Fellows, won industry-leading awards for global impact & innovation, and even introduced President Obama.

He is an entrepreneur, having founded companies in the on-demand, internet marketing, and design spaces. He is active as an angel investor and advisor for several startups. And he was named to the *Forbes 30 under 30* list for his work and was awarded the Distinguished Alumni award from his college and high school
