Larry Gies is the founder and CEO of Madison Industries. His mission is to make the world safer, healthier, and more productive while democratizing education. He has made the largest single donation in the University of Illinois' history and continues to actively give back to the institution through guest lectures, mentorship, and interactions with students enrolled in the college.David Fisher currently serves as the CEO of Enova, a leading fintech company, and was formerly the CFO of Potbelly. Having participated in seven initial public offerings, with the first one at the age of 29, he brings significant experience to his roles. He holds the position of Vice Chairman and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science and Industry. Additionally, he is a member of the Chicago Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization and was named in Crain's Chicago Business 40 Under 40.
