Elon Musk buys up a 9 per cent stake in Twitter (TWTR) causing a jump in stock price. IGO Group (IGO) says an independent expert has recommended to the Western Areas Limited (WSA) board that a proposed merger isn’t in the best interest of shareholders. A group of investment firms with $7 trillion in assets has sent the biggest EU companies letters of complaint demanding they improve their climate change reporting.
