Westpac Banking Corporation (WBC) more than doubles its full year profit, with the NZ business bringing in NZ$1.0 billion. AusNet Services (AST) agrees to a takeover offer from Brookfield Asset Management. ArborGen (ARB), the global commercial supplier of tree seedlings, is selling its Australia and New Zealand businesses.
