In the episode I sat down this morning and just had a talk with you all. Social media can have us putting ourselves under conditions that don’t exist.To try to fit in the society norm that in reality doesn't exist. Have you ever asked yourself what does unconditional love look like? Does it even exist.  How can you ask for unconditional love when you love yourself under conditions?
