On this episode 'we' are starting to process and accept some pretty tough truths + lessons that come along with growth. Growing up isn't easy,  and being a 'grown adult' isn't all its cracked up to be. Be kind to yourself. Evaluate your circumstances. Breathe. Process. Then most importantly, remember who you are and who you are meant to be.
