This episode was meant &nbsp;to be about the misconception that "schizophrenia is multiple &nbsp;personalities" but we went off topic and realised that we don't have the &nbsp;knowledge to do this topic justice 😅 so we ended up discussing stigma, &nbsp;media portrayal and a bit about our own experiences of dissociation, &nbsp;voice hearing and general misconceptions around schizophrenia.

This is a podcast about psychosis. Rarely spoken about, psychosis is often hidden out of sight in the mental health conversation, we hope this podcast will throw it into the limelight and get people talking about one of the most stigmatised mental illness symptoms.

Due to the nature of psychosis we will probably cover some fairly serious topics in this podcast.
